This reminds me of a display at the Merc museum in Stuttgart, but...that’s a Porsche at the front there

GOING FOR HISTORICAL ACCURACY, I SEE.
TBH, I came here to say the same thing. Is there another museum with a cool banked setup like that because if so, I should definitely go sometime. I still need to go back to the Merc museum when I have a whole day to kill because there’s just
so much there.

Shouldn’t that button be broken first before Crazy Diamond gets to fix it?

It is the Mercedes museum, they’re just honoring the 10th anniversary of the Porsche museum

Is there? I remember spending a few hours and being pretty satisfied. And that’s with a car show going on out front! I also remember my dissatisfaction at no McMerc SLR being present.

Haha! But they’re in the same area! Cool cool

I have a bad tendency to want to look at EEEEEEVERYTHING in a big car museum, though. How stuff is put together, all the little differences between model years, all the stuff I need to do to my 944 to safari the crap out of it. It takes a while, although I do discover exactly which tailpipes are large enough to fit my fist.

Wow. I wish that was me. Sort of. But it’s not. I try to draw what I can from what I’m seeing. I tend to mess it up. My attention can be patchy .
The other day I was staring at a Cord 810 at a show , dismissive of some big American car next to me . Until I realized it was a Tucker. The Tucker in Australia. The shame, the shame.
I try.
